Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and bell pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
