Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Butter cold and diced
  • ¼ cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter until crumbly. Add cold water and mix until dough forms. Press dough into a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, spinach, and onion. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
