Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Buttermilk or as needed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Arrange the wedges on plates.
3. Top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.
5. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad wedges.
7. Serve immediately.
