Instructions

  2. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.
  7. Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
