Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Zucchini, grated
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
