Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Zucchini, grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Form the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
