Ingredients

  • 2 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
