  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup Diced onions
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
