  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Lay out the tortillas and spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard on each.
  3. 3. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on half of each tortilla.
  4. 4. Fold the tortillas in half and cook in the skillet until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
