  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with pasta or a side salad.
