- 2 large cucumbers sliced thin
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and chopped dill to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until cucumbers are well coated.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
