- 1 lb Sliced Ham diced
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 4 Hamburger Buns
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and onion powder. Stir well.
2. Add diced ham to the skillet and mix until ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the ham is heated through.
4. Serve the ham barbecue on hamburger buns.
