Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

- 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 package Frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, hash browns, and 1 ½ cups of cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
