Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, etc.) chopped
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Celery stalk finely chopped
  • 1 Green onion finely chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, celery, and green onion. Mix well.
  2. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast the hoagie rolls until golden brown.
  4. 4. Fill each hoagie roll with the seafood mixture. Serve immediately.
